Shushrut EHR

A multi-branch electronic health record and clinical operations system.

Each patient has one record under a single UHID, shared across every branch. The record is kept in HL7 FHIR R4, with diagnoses coded to ICD-10; queues, lab work, pharmacy stock and short-stay beds run as services linked to it. Prescriptions are checked against the branch’s live stock before they are signed, and dispensing draws stock down by batch. Access is scoped by role (reception, doctors, lab staff, pharmacists, administrators), and every change is attributed to the person who made it.

Architecture
RecordA standards-based clinical record core, read directly over HL7 FHIR R4.
ServicesQueues, pharmacy, laboratory, beds and reports run as separate services, joined to the record by patient identity. Clinical data is never duplicated.
Identity and accessEvery write is made with the signed-in person’s own short-lived token, so each change is attributable to a person and bounded by their role.
